Purchase, Exchange & Shipping Policy

At Perfect Bodies, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing high-quality shapewear, post-surgical compression garments, and recovery solutions designed to help you look and feel your best.
Because our garments are considered intimate apparel and many are used during post-surgical recovery, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and protection of all customers.
To help you select the best fit, our experienced team is available to assist you before placing your order. We encourage you to review our size chart and contact us if you have any questions regarding sizing, compression level, or product recommendations.

All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and health reasons, Perfect Bodies does not offer refunds on purchased merchandise.
As a courtesy, we offer a one-time size exchange on eligible unworn merchandise; however, customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date for online orders or within 10 days of purchase for in-store purchases.
To qualify for a one-time size exchange, the item must:
● Be completely unworn, unused, and unwashed
● Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, lotions, pet hair, smoke, odors, or any signs of wear
● Have all original tags attached
● Be returned in its original packaging
● Include proof of purchase, order number, or receipt
For health and hygiene reasons, garments that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging cannot be accepted for exchange.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt. Perfect Bodies reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including:
● Shipping the original item back to Perfect Bodies
● Shipping charges for the replacement item
Perfect Bodies does not provide prepaid return labels for size exchanges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange:
● Altered garments
● Customized or special-order garments
● Clearance and closeout merchandise
● Recovery aids and personal-use accessories
● Promotional or discounted items marked as Final Sale
● Any item showing signs of wear or use
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what was ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
For approved defective or incorrect items, Perfect Bodies will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping transit times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Perfect Bodies is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, Perfect Bodies is not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
We proudly ship throughout the United States and internationally.
Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and destinations outside the continental United States may incur additional shipping charges based on weight, size, carrier rates, and destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country.
International shipping fees are non-refundable.
Special & Custom Orders
Special orders, custom-made garments, altered garments, and made-to-order products require additional production time and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe: 4–6 Weeks
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store are subject to the same return and exchange policy and are not eligible for refunds.
Customers are encouraged to verify sizing before completing their purchase.
